It's that time again! Sew Mama Sew Giveaway day!!
Time for me to shamelessly promote my tiny Etsy shop.
For those of you new here, I make and sell acrylic quilting templates and rulers, check out my shop to see what's available. (I do custom orders too!!) These are the same great quality of the major brands you buy in your LQSs. Mine are laser cut and etched here in my home. Here are some examples of what I have in my shop, and some pics of what I made with them:
I'm offering 1 commenter on this post 1 item from my shop, your choice! I'll happily ship internationally as well. So leave me a comment letting me know what your favorite size/shape ruler/template is, or what you would like to see in my shop in the coming year. My valued followers may have a second entry - just let me know you're a follower (or you can become one).
Good luck today, and have a wonderful holiday season!
Winner will be chosen on Friday, Dec 16th at 5:00pm PST

You'll make someone's day with your prize!
Your New Wave Template look like something that I could use for some interesting quilts, i.e., blocks that are not squares or rectangles. Looks like fun!
ReplyDeletethanks!
I have never seen your shop before but it is very cool. I love the fan quilt block so template for that would be grrrrreat!
ReplyDeleteThe most useful ruler I have is my 12.5" square. I am really liking your drunkard's path ruler too! When I was in architecture school I used laser cutters to make models, but I never thought to slap some plexi down and make a quilting ruler. :) I love your shop!
ReplyDeleteOhhhh pick me, pick me!! I'm in love with the Applecore template. it remembers me, the stones of the street wher I lived when i Was a child.

ReplyDeleteskowens (at) sbcglobal (dot) net

ReplyDeleteI would pick the New Wave template! How neat!
ReplyDeleteWow these are great! I like Drunkard's Path Template Set 5".
ReplyDeleteI've recently become enamored with hexagons. Thanks for the chance!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see a drunkard's path template in a larger size - something where the squares would finish at 9" or 10".

ReplyDeleteApple Core or New Wave, hard to choose
ReplyDeletemajorasue(at)hotmail(dot)com

Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeletenabihawangde(at)gmail(dot)com

ReplyDeletelove the drunkards path
ReplyDeleteI've never used a template OR a quilter's ruler.. both of which I'd like, especially a Drunkard's path!
ReplyDeleteThe basic, but Large :) 5 inch square would make me very pleased. Have you thought about making longer rulers, or even a triangle set?
ReplyDeleteThanks for teh generous giveaway chance!
I've added you to my blog bar as I want to be sure to see what else you come up with!

ReplyDeleteI would love to try some curved piecing, so drunkards path would be a great one for me to try. I only own a straight long ruler!
ReplyDeleteI'm not into quilting (yet), but I can see how these are super nifty little gadgets. I'm going to give quilting a try next year (eep!) and I think the 5x5 is probably the most useful one for a first timer. I hate cutting circles and can see how that shape might be useful to have as a template.
ReplyDeleteGreat giveaway - I hope you get a lot of support from this giveaway :)

Drunkard's Path for sure. christina112358 at gmail dot com
ReplyDeleteI've never used a template, but I would love to try.
ReplyDeleteI'm new to quilting so the only template I have used (and it was paper!) was for a drunkards path quilt I just finished. Would love a plastic/acrylic version so I don't accidentally trim it.
ReplyDeleteI have a 'little' hexi quilt going. I keep using my carefully cut paper pieces until they're tattered because I don't want to have to print and cut more. I never even knew there was such a thing as templates!
ReplyDeleteI've never used a readymade template.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to know about your templates.
ReplyDeleteDrunkard's Path, for sure. These are so great. Thank you for the giveaway
ReplyDeleteI would love Drunkard's path templates. I wanted to do a drunkard path quilt along earlier this year but I was too nervous to free hand it in combination with the curved pieces. So hopefully this would give me the confidence to move forward with it. thanks for the giveaway
